1. Galaxium and the service
Galaxium is an online space game. Publisher: OGM CONSULTANTS INC. These terms apply to your use of the game, this website and related services. The same rules apply to builds accessed through a TestFlight invite.
2. Account security
Keep your username and account access details secure. Do not use someone else’s account without permission or impersonate them. Do not share your password, session details, or sensitive personal information in in-game chat.
3. Fair play and community
Cheating, unauthorized automation, exploiting security issues, disrupting the service, harassment, and illegal content are not allowed. If you find a bug, report it to info@galaxium.games instead of abusing it. Violations are reviewed; measures may include a warning, a temporary restriction, or account closure. Zero tolerance: harassment, hate speech, threats and sexual content in chat, names or clan descriptions are not tolerated. Report a player in the game by tapping their name, or write to info@galaxium.games. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours; offending content is removed and offenders may be muted, suspended or permanently banned. You can block any player at any time.
4. Limits of a development build
A test build may have bugs, server interruptions, missing features, and balance changes. Content and gameplay can change over time. Test progress, items, or in-game balances are not guaranteed to carry into the final version. Reset and maintenance notices are shared in advance when possible.
5. In-game content
Ships, equipment, and in-game currencies are digital parts of the game. This site does not sell or trade them for real money. If paid content is offered, purchase and refund terms will be explained with the relevant store rules.
6. Images and brand
The Galaxium name, game art, and related content belong to their rights holders. You may share game images for promotional purposes; commercial use, brand impersonation, or misleading use is forbidden. Third-party services and brands remain with their owners.
7. Privacy and third parties
Account and game-data details are in the Privacy Policy. Links such as TestFlight and Discord send you to that third party’s service; their terms also apply.
8. Contact and changes
For questions and support, write to info@galaxium.games. These terms may be updated from time to time; material changes are announced on this page. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain in place.
